"It has taken years but I can finally share my story about this horrible insurance company. When I first got a policy on my Charger a few years ago, State Farm sent a letter to my home telling me they were going to cancel my policy because they needed info on my spouse. I quickly called Tanner Bush office and spoke with someone who assured me everything was OK. A week or so later I got another letter stating my policy was canceled. I then scrambled and purchased a new policy with another company. A day or 2 later I called Tanner Bush office again to complain and the guy listened to me and said he was going to reinstate my policy. I told him that was fine but I had already purchased insurence through another company and they would charge me a cancelation fee. He said that's not his problem and that he was going to reinstate the policy. I lost $275 to the other company for canceling. Tanner Bush office then BACK charges me for the time between the cancelation and the reinstatement. At this point it was nearing Christmas and I was so broke I could barley afford presents for my family. I explained this to the agent on the phone and asked if they would reimburse me for the money I lost and cut me some slack because they made the mistake. He said no I still have to pay them everything. After years I'm finally able to find another company and have now switched. NEVER USE THIS COMPANy THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL!!!"
